Fast Times

Well it seems as though this kiddo is not only growing like a weed physically, but intellectually.. He has been cooing and making babble for the past few weeks now.. it may be gibberish now, but I can already hear him trying different vocal "techniques." First it was just the quick "AH!" and just last night it sounded like he was trying to say something to me, but couldn't for lack of a vocabulary.. Not to mention he is a smiler! I was thinking that it may be time to start to read to him, but his attention span is not quite there yet.. he will stay interested if you stare at him, but if you look away, he'll get upset and call you back.
